Our services help our partners do more—with less—and build sustainable models for long-term transformation.
We also work directly with youth by connecting them to real-world, end-to-end social projects paired with relevant training. These opportunities not only build leadership and digital skills but also shape socially conscious global citizens.

CoActions collaborate with UN agencies, NGOs, NPOs, and corporates to leverage technology for greater impact and effectiveness. We combine development-sector expertise with digital solutions to address organizational challenges, improve processes, and strengthen decision-making. From custom platforms, information management systems, and dashboards to AI-enabled solutions, we design technology around real-world needs. We work closely with our partners from strategy and design through implementation, capacity building, and knowledge transfer. Our approach is focused on creating scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions that maximize resources and deliver measurable social impact.

Founder & CEO
Sujata Rane is a social impact and technology leader with over 20 years of experience across corporates, the United Nations, governments, NGOs and the development sector.
In 2015, she founded CoActions with a vision to promote equity, inclusion and sustainable development through technology and collaboration.
She also leads the CoActions Elevate Program, empowering young people through social-impact projects, mentorship and real-world learning.
Program Co-ordinator
Charles has been the Coordinator of CoActions’ Elevate Program since 2021, providing STEM and IT support classes to children in the Kahawa area of Nairobi. His continued involvement has helped build strong community connections and ensure the program remains accessible and impactful for children in the region.
Marketing Manager
Nilima leads brand development, outreach, and communication strategies to enhance CoActions' visibility and impact. She builds strong partnerships, strengthens stakeholder engagement, and ensures CoActions’ initiatives are effectively communicated to the right audiences.

Today, over 1.2 billion young people aged 12 to 20 are growing up in a world that’s rapidly changing and deeply interconnected. Yet, millions still lack access to practical learning, skill-building, and real-world exposure. At the same time, AI and automation are reshaping education, jobs, and business at an unprecedented pace. By 2027, 44% of workers’ core skills will change, and many traditional roles will disappear. This shift demands future-ready skills like digital literacy, critical thinking, and adaptability. While youth face these changes, more than 10 million NGOs are addressing global challenges but over 60% lack digital capacity and funding tools to scale their impact. CoActions was founded to bridge these gaps. We engage youth in cross-cultural, project-based learning that builds leadership, collaboration, and tech fluency. Simultaneously, we empower NGOs with technology-driven services and AI-ready tools to increase efficiency, transparency, and funding readiness. When youth are empowered and organizations are equipped, communities thrive—even in a fast-evolving world.
Children are often the most vulnerable in times of conflict and displacement. Our programs focus on ensuring that refugee children have access to medical care, education, and emotional support. From vaccinations and basic healthcare to safe spaces for learning and play, we strive to provide a sense of protection.
