Capacity
building is not a one-time effort to improve short-term effectiveness, but it's a continuous improvement. Coactions work in collaboration with the implementing partners and private
sector to support the development and humanitarian organizations to improve the information and knowledge flow. The fast-evolving world requires widely referred to as
future skills. These skills include innovation in technology, processes
digitization, and the creation of technology applications which have been further
compounded by digital acceleration. These skills are unfortunately often out of reach for
the underprivileged and for small NGOs in the societies. The inaccessibility to
computer infrastructure and basic instruction will often stand in the way of
breaking the poverty cycle for young and enterprising minds.
